Sean Layh has obtained the rights to reproduce all the artworks displayed on the site in print format.

All images remain the property of the artist and no form of reproduction for private use, commercial sales or non-commercial distribution is permitted without prior permission from Sean Layh. Your use of seanlayh.com carries with it no rights in relation to copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights on this site.

Sean Layh will not pass on high-resolution artwork files electronically.

Concerning original artworks

Should you purchase an original Sean Layh artwork this does not entitle you to the reproduction of the artwork in any format (e.g, as NFTs, Prints or other types of merchandise). The purchase of an artwork only entitles the purchaser to the ownership of the original work itself.
